In line with existing legislation, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of your purchase within which you may cancel your order. You will be reimbursed within 30 working days of our receiving the returned item.
If you have a members’ account code, you should enter its details during the first step of the ordering process, when you confirm the contents of your basket. Any reduction will be automatically deducted during online payment (credit card or paypal) or on the invoice that will be sent to you if you pay by cheque or bank transfer.
