Have I really nothing to pay for delivery?
For deliveries in mainland France only, post and packaging are free with no minimum purchase required (except in the case of returns). For other delivery areas, postage and packaging vary between 40 and 80 euros according to the destination (Europe is usually 40). We do not send to PO box addresses.
We deliver : Everywhere in Europe, French Dom-Tom, Russia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Liban, Algeria, Marocco, Tunisia, Australia, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates.
How is delivery made?
Your jewellery will be delivered from stocks on the day (or at the very latest, the day after) your order. Items are sent to mainland France by recorded delivery (special tracked delivery), or for orders worth more than 800 euros, by FedEx. For deliveries out of mainland France, FedEx, jewels are systematically sent by FedEx.
In case the item is out of stock, your piece will be made by our jeweller-designer in a period of around 10 to 20 days. We will contact you by telephone or by email to keep you informed of when you can expect to receive your piece, or alternatively, to suggest a possible replacement.
In the case of tailor-made pieces or sizing/resizing, you will be informed of the expected delivery date at the time of your ordering, via telephone by a member of our customer service staff.
Can I cancel my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, the Boutique aims at complete customer satisfaction. Therefore you may cancel your order, except in the case of tailor-made pieces or sizing/resizing work.
What happens if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
Please keep the Boutique des Joailliers informed, by telephone, fax or email. You are in your legal rights to cancel your order up to 7 days following receipt of your purchase. The return delivery costs will be met by the client and the item must be returned as new, unused, in its original packaging with all documents, including the warranty.
The cost of your purchase will be reimbursed in a period of not more than 30 days from our receipt of the item. You may also change your order and we will do our utmost to find the piece of jewellery that fits your expectations. All returns are the responsibility of and paid for by the customer.
In the event of items being damaged in transit:
All the jewellery items sold on our site are made to the highest standards of quality and subject to the strictest controls. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. The Boutique des Joailliers must be informed of any problem, by fax or email. Don’t forget to give us your order reference number as well as your email and telephone number. If you can see the package is damaged on delivery, refuse to take delivery of the package and contact us immediately. The damaged or defective item should be returned, new and unused in its original packaging with all documents, including the warranty. A replacement will be supplied to you as quickly as possible.
The cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer, but will be reimbursed by La Boutique des Joailliers.
